Freak Factor is a USAT triathlon club from Phoenix, Arizona that is dedicated to putting the fun back into training and races while still being competitive. The club competes in races all over Arizona and other parts of the nation. We have an East Coast chapter, but also claim representation in Texas and Nebraska.  You can always spot our members because not very many teams wear pink.  Feel free to stop by our team tent during the race and say "Hi".  We love meeting with new athletes and training with other clubs.  For now, please enjoy the music while we connect you with the PARTY.  Go Pink!

Congrats to Susie Fawcett, Angela Fairchild, and Karla Teixeira for winning the overall Olympic Relay at Mountain Man this month. The ladies beat out a total of 18 teams with a time of 2:19. Awesome job, Lady Freaks. Kudos to Stuart (Stewie) Fern for going sub 5:45 at the Half distance. He completed his first half (ever) while preparing for Ironman Tempe 2011. We'll be watching his progress and can't wait to cheer him on at the big dance.
The new Freak Factor kits have been ordered and we are hoping to have them before the Nathan's Tri in Tempe in September. We have added two new sponsors to our team- Bicycle Haus and i-Run. We hope to make them proud! Hope to see some of the Freaks out at the Ironcare Splash n' Dash events this Fall as we prepare to wrap up a great seson of racing!
